Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Write to [email protected] from the owner's mobile number or email, or call +91 98341 73568. The subscription will not renew, the service carries on to the end of the period you have paid for, and you then have 30 days to take a copy of your records.

Refund of a subscription

• First seven days. If you ask within seven days of your first payment, the subscription is refunded in full.
• After that. A period already begun is not refunded in part, except where we end the service to you without your being at fault, or change these terms in a way you do not accept, when the unused part is refunded.
• Charged twice, or charged by mistake. Refunded in full as soon as it is found, whoever finds it.

Credits

• A reading that fails is given back to your balance automatically, at once, and both the attempt and the return are shown in your list of credits.
• Credits you have bought and not used are refunded if you ask within seven days of buying them. After that they stay in your balance for as long as you subscribe, and are not refunded when you leave.
• A credit spent on a reading that worked is not refunded, including where the picture was too poor to give a useful answer. The service tells you before a scan how many credits it can use.

How a refund reaches you

To the card, account or UPI it was paid from, through the payment gateway. We start it within three working days of agreeing it, and it normally arrives within five to seven working days after that, depending on your bank.

Delivery

Bharatlekh is a service used online. Nothing is shipped. Your office's account is opened, and the owner told, within two working days of payment, and usually the same day. Credits are added to your balance as soon as payment is confirmed.
